Develop value based pricing strategies encompassing the full product lifecycle from launch to phase out
Champion best practice pricing including alignment or differentiation process between the different HI brands and sales channels through price analysis, market research and product price positioning comparisons
Define pricing targets, KPIs and create standard reports for constant and exhaustive pricing analysis
Implement and sustain a competitive pricing process to support pricing strategy that is aligned with group companies and in adherence with compliance guidelines
Drive global price approval process by gathering country prices, leveraging fact based research and analysis
Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
3-5 years’ work experience in Pricing, Product Management, Finance or Sales, ideally in the medical (B2C) or consumer goods industry
Work experience in strategic or value based pricing in an international company is essential
Ability to synthesize complex and large amounts of data into broader themes and trends
Fluent in English, German and any other languages are a plus
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
