The Strategic Buyer will be responsible for defining and implementing the Category Strategy for Indirect spend categories related to General Expense i.
e. IT, Marketing & Communication, Human resources, Consulting, Facilities and Legal.
YOUR MISSION :
Foster strong relationships with internal customers in order to understand their needs and make strategic recommendations;
Be responsible for developing and leading the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, through RFI's and RFP's including competitive bidding process, service provider selection, negotiating price and terms / conditions in close partnership with internal Stakeholders and Legal;
Review and challenge Master Service Agreements, statements of work and SLAs;
Perform financial analysis and risk assessment to recommend optimal solutions to the businesses;
Contribute to reach the savings target agreed at Group level.
DESIRED PROFILE :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and Professional certifications in Procurement required;
5-7 years of broad GenEx Procurement experience, including contract negotiations required. Experience in procuring GenEx across various industries preferred;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP;
Purchase-to-Pay implementation experience a plus;
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills and Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
Strong leadership and influencing skills, communication, presentation and teamwork skills;
Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally;
Meticulous, proactive and able to multi-task;
Fluent in English and French;
Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
