Being part of the GF MS Academy, the Technical Unit (TU) Technical Training Expert is accountable for planning, coordination and executions of all training activities related to specific Technical Unit with the agreed and given time and resources.
She / he ensures the execution of state of the art training content and conditions in order to meet the needs and company's expectations.
Being a role model in using state of the art Learning Management System (LMS) tool used at GF Machining Solutions, she / he acts as an ambassador for the Academy.
Prepare and update training descriptions : content, objectives, agenda ...
Prepare and update training content and supports for the trainers and for the trainees (manuals, video, )
Prepare and update E-learning / remote training
Prepare and update checking lists for training quality
Plan the trainer availability and publish the yearly training plan
Monitor training quality for material and training execution and take actions when necessary to constantly improve the quality.
Use Net Promoter Score to measure the satisfaction level of participants and line managers in order to measure the effectiveness of the training delivered.
Check machines (maintenance, software update ) to enable training
Ensure machine planning and availability to execute the needed training on time without unplanned delay
Train or support trainers in training execution
Liaise with all internal stakeholders to build trainings and understand needs (TU / R&D / Technical information, Application, Sales engineers, Products Managers, Production teams )
Be an ambassador for the Academy
Use Learning Management System as part of daily job
Interact with different people in different TUs / Sales Companies.
Education & Training : Technical background
Experience : Technical skills on the related technology, and technical training experience / approach.
Experience on machine in field (Services technicians, support function )
Language : English is compulsory, Any other language, DE, IT, FR is an asset.
IT skills : Proficient in MS Office Sharepoint -LMS -Audio / Video software packages
