The challenge

Enterprise customers across EMEA are required to move to Named User Deployment and to adopt the Services aspect of the Adobe DCE and CCE products as serialized based software is reaching a point where it will no longer be supported by Adobe.

The initial part of the process starts internally where customers are assessed either by yourself, by management and / or by Adobe Customer Success Managers which are expected to nominate customers based on their type of contract, their motivation and their readiness.

Customer Success Managers are always very busy managing lots of different subjects across many customers. Also, some customers may be going through contract renewals, going through changes or have concerns around data privacy and security.

Of course, whilst these aspects need to be appreciated, Named User Deployment is one of the major drives of Adobe.

Working within The EMEA Premium Onboarding Team you will be able to offer a complementary service which of course delights our customers.

However, customers can sometimes prioritize other projects that have commercial impacts or other more important needs. You will be responsible for striking the right balance with your customers and leveraging the Customer Success Managers to ensure projects are driven forwards.

What you'll do

You will be working as a Program Manager within the EMEA Premium Onboarding team in a fast, highly agile and dynamic environment.

You will be interacting with Adobe's Enterprise customers to enable ( creative cloud Enterprise) CCE and / or Document Cloud Enterprise) DCE onboarding and provide support with troubleshooting and solutionizing.

You will manage multiple engagements from internal discovery / analysis, project initiation to successful project completion and ensure you follow the globally standardized approach, but also ensure that your approach fits around the abilities, availability, internal challenges, technical limitations, skill sets, governance / workflows of our customers.

Track / Drive the adoption of Named User Deployment between regional ( customer success Manager) CSM leads and CSM's

Oversee portfolio of regional accounts and help migrate to NUD ( named User deployment)

Manage projects for various customers across small or large groups of stakeholders

Act as the main point of contact for your customer engagements throughout the life of the engagement, beginning at customer nomination to named user deployment completion

Empathize with customer challenges and gain appreciation of their situation whilst offering support where possible in order to move them to Named User Deployment.

Working with the Solution Developer and Product Specialist provide guidance to the customer for domain claim, SSO configuration, the implementation of The User Sync Tool, provide guidance around packaging and employment.

Help customers understand the benefits and act as the advocate of Named User Deployment and services

Work with the Adobe EMEA Solutions Developer and Product Specialist, ensuring their time is used as efficiently as possible

Work with customers to understand their business objectives, stakeholders, technical architecture, limitations, challenges

Manage the project delivery on a day-to-day basis, tracking the main actions and supporting any queries, maintain the project plan, and oversee the delivery process to keep projects on track to ensure successful completion on time (well before serial number expiry)

Collaborate with the global Premium Onboarding Team.

Maintain the Premium Onboarding online tracker with project updates

Maintain regular and appropriate communication with customer teams and internal teams at multiple organizational levels (from engineering teams to C-level executives)

Continually manage customer expectations, manage scope, and identify / mitigate risks

Help customers build capabilities and manage change

Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of the project and successful realization of key business objectives (KPI's) and metrics

What you need to succeed

5-10 years of experience leading client-facing projects in a consulting and / or technology background

Programme Management experience with high profile corporate clients

MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

Be comfortable to challenge where required in a diplomatic and respect manner

Ability to effectively lead and influence people during engagements whilst finding solutions to customer challenges

Experience with creative workflows.

Experience with marketing production workflows.

Creative problem solving skills, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems

Proven organizational skills to plan and coordinate complex projects

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly

High level of energy and personal drive

Familiarity with Adobe's three cloud solutions is ideal BUT not essential

Experience with : technology / software / SAAS concepts, custom software development processes and methodologies (including managing Agile projects), technology project management and governance

Will have experience of Programme Management of Enterprise Software Deployments. The work will be around Desk Top Software deployment and Digital Media Software..
