10+ years of experience in Insurance industry, Strong domain experienceIn-depth Knowledge on Insurance L&H, P&C and Commercial Insurance Industry tools ex- Guidewire.

  • Demonstrated superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts;
  • and create lasting, productive partnershipsDemonstrated ability to Initiate and manage a solution based sales cycle, Plan and manage complex client engagements involving multiple teams, Manage vendor relationships.

    Strong Solution Background of Cloud, RPA and digital delivery experienceStrong Technical Background in J2EE / Dot Net / Database Solution Architect & design experienceDemonstrated project management experience project planning, execution, issue / risk management and resource management / allocationDeep knowledge in Managed Services Models, multi-Location Delivery models, SolutionMastery of all phases of the software development life cycleStrong business acumen across a variety of industries and business functionsInvolvement in local professional networking and civic / community activitiesStrong local network of IT and business executives and business acumen across a variety of industries and business functionsStrong International assignment exposure in IT Projects development and maintenanceStrong Knowledge in Innovation and new trends, Robotics ( UiPath), Machine Learning conceptsRecognized as valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionalsPassionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers
