Job Purpose :

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the overalloperations and maintenance of the assigned facilities ensuring excellentcustomer service to building occupiers at all times whilst ensuring fullcompliance with local and national Environmental, Health & Safetylegislation.

Responsibilities include :

  • Responsible for the positive andprompt response to requests from building occupiers
  • Undertake site inspections on aregular basis to identify issues and ensure prompt closure
  • Monitor the performance of supplychain vendors ensuring that their services are in line with agreed Real Estatepractices and contractual requirements
  • Ensure that the property andvendors are in compliance with local environmental, health & safety legislationand company policies and maintain records to this effect
  • Ensure that Facilities relatedexpenditure is in line with the agreed annual budget
  • Identify and, when instructed,implement cost saving initiatives
  • Work with the NKF Procurement teamto develop specifications and scopes of work for Facilities Management vendorsand goods as required
  • Raise purchase orders forFacilities Management vendors as and when required
  • Review vendor invoices foraccuracy and adherence to purchase order / budget requirements
  • Inputting vendor invoices to NKFaccounts receivable / payable system
  • Ensure the optimal functioning ofbuilding systems (HVAC, Fire / life safety equipment, etc.)
  • Coordinate and manage insuranceand service contract requirements with supply chain vendors
  • Focal point for TriRiga, includingFM Helpdesk
  • Support and back up for ReceptionDesk Employees (Holiday / sick leave) where applicable
  • Undertake other facilities relatedtasks that may arise from time to time at the direction of the NKF RegionalOperations Director
  • Skills, Educationand Experience :

  • Facilities / office management and buildingoperations experience
  • Excellent communication, written andorganizational skills
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills

    Responsibilities include :

  • Assisting with the maintenance andupkeep of all electrical systems
  • Troubleshooting of devices andsystems as well as carrying out repairs for lighting, sockets etc.
  • Skills, Education and Experience :

  • Successfullycompleted training as an electrician EFZ
  • Sufficientexperience in the electrical sector in order to apply for connection permitArt. 15 / NIV at the ESTI (or already be a license holder)
  • Reliable,flexible and characterised by a high resilience
  • Willingnessto learn and can easily adapt to new situations
  • Goal-oriented,fast working to a high standard
  • GoodGerman and English written and verbal skills
  • Goodteam player
