Job Description
The Associate Director, Commercial Operations, Alzheimer’s Disease is responsible for supporting APAC (Asia Pacific) affiliates to maximize our Alzheimer’s portfolio.
The role will support affiliates across all aspects of commercialization and business performance : Strategy; Tactical Execution;
Launch Preparation; Best Practice Sharing and Operational Excellence; and delivering on established KPIs. The role will work closely with Cross-Functional Partners across the BIR organization including Commercial, Medical, Value and Access, Regulatory, Customer Insights, and Digital at the Global, Regional, and Local levels.
Brand strategy development by partnering with Global, US, European Regional and BIR
Establishing a launch sequence and launch excellence strategy for affiliates across APAC
Affiliate opportunity identification
Affiliate planning process input, activation and tracking
Marketing campaigns and tactical pull through
Affiliate competitive readiness
Insight generation at regional and large affiliate level
State of art plans for Alzheimer’s launches across APAC
Best practice sharing and pull-through across regions
Patient forecasting; Insight and Analytics; gap analysis and solution identification
Generate reports and lead performance reviews and opportunities across APAC affiliates
Challenge and support affiliate performance while offering solutions to further optimize results
Establish strong relationships with Global / affiliate / regional teams across functions
Lead cross-functional teams, including broader Commercial functions, Market Access, Medical, Corporate Affairs, Supply Chain, Business Excellence, etc.
Reporting Structure
Reporting directly to the Alzheimer’s Franchise Head in the BIR
No direct reports but significant matrix leadership in the BIR diagnostics space
Experience :
10+ years in pharma / biopharma commercial / commercial marketing required
In market and global or regional experience highly preferred
Experienced in exceeding business performance at a local or regional level
Established and managed collaborations in a highly matrixed organization without direct authority
Experience in developing detailed product launch plans at a regional or local level
Proven track record of preparing and presenting strategies, plans, reports and performance to senior leadership
Strong project management experience

Education :
BS in marketing / biological sciences / clinical laboratory sciences
MBA or PhD in related field preferred
