What you achieve

Safe software development is your thing. You speak the language of DevOps engineers and can support them with your experience.

Thus, you contribute to the security of the Swisscom product landscape. You are familiar with modern technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native applications.

Normally, you attach software projects to a CI / CD pipeline with automated security checks. You understand the technical details of common attacks on application and infrastructure layers and can explain how to avoid them.

Plus, you are familiar with network and communication protocol threats. You and your team are responsible for Swisscom's high level of security.

You ensure that product owners and engineers build technical solutions that meet our security requirements. In addition, you evaluate architectures, write concepts, and review solutions.

Why you succeed

  • Degree (ETH / Uni / UAS) in computer science or telecommunications
  • Professional experience in software development (Java, JavaScript, Angular, Python) and authentication protocols (e.g. SAML and OAuth2)
  • Sound know-how in network architectures and protocols
  • Very good knowledge of the OWASP top 10
  • Familiarity with security automation solutions is a plus
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or similar are a plus
  • Independent worker with a structured approach as well as curiosity and perseverance
  • Good German and English, French a plus
