The Opportunity :

The DCC Roll out and Boost Team within Merchant Services ensures for the success of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC). Currently we are looking for DCC Business Development Manager with main focus on e-com business, responsible for driving the DCC revenues and contribute to our success story.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • contribute to the development and coverage increase of Dynamic Currency Conversion service (mainly e-com but also in-store).
  • working on projects, mainly with e-com focus. Implement, support and execute on the related actions.
  • consulting sales units on high potential clients, on increased DCC conversion and new distribution channel opportunities.
  • further development and marketing of DCC service by communicating and executing on the shared vision via DCC consultancy and support towards internal and external clients.
  • consult clients in the area of DCC in coordination with the global and local sales units.
  • analyze markets, customer experiences and needs, as well as potential with the processing of large amounts of data.
  • provide support in the sales process (pre- & after-sales).
  • drive DCC performance / hit rates - conducting trainings and presentations for the clients.
  • support marketing and go to market teams with campaign management activities.
  • collaborate across business lines and support colleagues in the team, who operate from various European metropolises

    As our new e-Com Business Development Manager you have :

  • being in business for at least 8 years, 3-5 years proven experience in payment industry with focus on e-commerce
  • understanding of account and sales management
  • strong analytical skills, able to create and work with reports, being skilled in numbers
  • strong presentation and communication skills
  • an entrepreneurial mindset & approach, proactive & creative in finding new business opportunities and make them happen
  • experience in driving the projects & being part of the project teams
  • team player & able to manage business relations across all stakeholders
  • full working proficiency in English
  • Skills we’d like

    To fully enjoy our autonomous and agile ways it would be great if you also have :

  • experience in DCC and / or MCP
  • a curious mindset, continuously learning and sharing your knowledge with your peers and others - locally and remote
