6 Month The HAFL - Food Innovation & Sensory Research Group wishes to develop a tool kit with the offer of a more innovative and sophisticated sensory consumer research (modern recruitment and survey tools, more immersive context (bars, restaurants, train station etc.
and faster, less costly and at the leading edge methods.Your objectives : 1.Drive the evolution of the group toward more innovative & competitive sensory & consumer service :
which methods are used etc.).
b)Evaluate the needs of the Swiss food industry in terms of product consumer testing. Interviews with clients serve as a methodological basis.
c)Based on your findings, you develop strategy proposals that the Food Innovation & Sensory Research Group can implement.
You also define cost and timeline as well as measures to follow the change implementation.
2.Support the Food Innovation and Sensory Group in their current research projects
a)sensory profiling with expert panel (panel training, data analysis, reporting)
b)organization of consumer tests (recruitment, test planning, fieldwork, data analysis, reporting)
3.Support teachers in the digitalization of the courses (e.g creation of videos or tutorials on sensory and consumers methods).
