Set the vision for and lead the evolution and implementation of the Roche Integrated Strategic Planning Frameworks, including the Integrated Evidence Planning framework to deliver our Pharma Vision.
Enable and contribute to embedding the Integrated Evidence Planning concept & mindset as an end-to-end process throughout Pharma.
Facilitate continuous open dialogue with all stakeholders across the enterprise, monitor the evidence generation trends in the ecosystem and ensure we meet the needs of evidence generation stakeholders and patients.
Objectives and Scope of Position :
The Integrated Strategy Planning Director is a key strategic senior leader who plays a leadership role in enabling the organisation to create Customer Centric Strategies, to move towards Integrated Solutions and improve Global and Affiliate interactions.
The Integrated Strategy Planning Director plays a key role in the design & implementation of the PD / GPS / PI Integrated Evidence Planning as well as other cross-functional strategic planning frameworks and associated operating models.
The Integrated Strategy Planning Director works collaboratively with senior leaders and disease / molecule teams across PD, GPS, the RED s and the Affiliates.
The Integrated Strategy Planning Director is responsible for setting the vision of the Strategic Planning frameworks and to design and implement them.
The incumbent will ensure alignment in all aspects of evidence generation throughout the Pharma organisation.

Experience and Knowledge :
Experience in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry, or related experience with a broad mix of experience in medical and / or product management, strategic planning, access and / or financial analysis within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry would be preferred
Proven effective leadership of cross-functional teams in an agile working environment, and delivering cross-disciplinary processes
Good understanding of disease area and customer-centric strategy planning, medical evidence planning (in particular clinical development and real-world data approaches), global regulatory and patient access environmental good knowledge of medical terminology and the clinical development process
Demonstrated prioritization and planning skills, working in self-managed teams and with OKRs or outcome based planning method
