Develop and implement programs for internal and external communications in line with global business strategy, corporate communications strategy, corporate identity and brand positioning
Accountable for managing workstream interdependencies during program execution and enables the parent company to transition smoothly
Lead the development and delivery of strategic ERP communication programs, working with different stakeholders to deliver timely, targeted and effective internal communications that inform all stakeholder groups
Main but not excklusive focus on the REIWA program (REIWA is an important PG IS ERP program which acts as an enabler of our ongoing transformation as an independent entity)
Bachelor’s Degree in business, administration Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Master’s degree in related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 5 years work experience in communications management, project management, transformation processes or related areas
Self-starter with minimal supervision needed who takes initiative and asks questions to ensure optimization of communications to support a successful launch
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must for this po-sition as the ERP PMO Manager reports to CEOs, COOs, CIOs, IT associates and managers, stakeholders, the ERP steering committee and hardware and software service vendors and serves as the main re-source for ERP projects
Ability to manage and coordinate efficiently projects and teams, analyze and interpret business requirements and technical design and devise and oversee project budgets
Experience and strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques, methodologies and a solid understanding of how people go through changes
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills as well as planning and organizing skills are mandatory
Ability to generate new ideas, challenge status quo, take risks, support change and foster innovation
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Fluent English language
