Business Intelligence Analyst Role & Responsibilities :
Build novel analytics solutions, thinking out of the box and using innovative visualization techniques.
Use data visualization programs, tools, and techniques to generate comprehensive dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.
Develop and build critical dashboards, reports, and dimensional models, including both ad-hoc and pre-defined reports that can be consumed by key stakeholders.
Perform Data Analysis, be able to clean, manipulate, standardize data cleansing, using sophisticated data manipulation techniques.
Working knowledge of various data visualization and business intelligence tools, as well as experience with end-to-end data lifecycle.
Knowledge and understanding of ETL / ELT processes.
Ability to work and interpret with extremely large datasets, from different data sources. Tableau and advance visualization experience is required.
Prior experience with relevant Cisco data sources is a plus.
Oversee design, build, and test for all facets of Data Products, (federated dashboards, data, pipelines, transformations, publish & visualizations) following an Agile methodology, working in sprints.
Experience working in JIRA is a plus.
Experienced in working within a sophisticated, fast paced environment. Experience working with global cross functional teams and proven track record to develop and nurture strong cross-functional partnerships.

Eligibility & Qualifications :
Bachelors in Science (Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or Economics). MBA or master’s degree in data Analytics / Science is a plus.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, business analysis, data analysis, reporting development.
5+ years’ experience with problem solving and providing practical business insights and recommendations using large volume data sets from multiple sources
Preferred : Cisco Experience. Knowledge of the industry, Cisco products and services is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, MS Power Point, and Outlook.
Tableau advanced experience is required. Experience using Tableau prep, tabpy, tabcmd is a plus.
Experience using R, RStudio and Python is a plus.
Experience processing large datasets in relational Databases : Snowflake, SQL Server, and Oracle DB is preferred. Understanding of database concepts and theory.
Knowledge in statistics, machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
