In this role, you will be the voice of the consumers and our customers (the stylists) and ensure the insights coming from them are the foundation of our business strategies and execution.
Key Tasks : 1. Business Intelligence : analysing the success of new launches, base business understanding, running landscape assessments, trends analysis, monitoring stylists & client sentiments via social listening and other tools.
2. Fundamentals : Owning, analyzing and reporting business fundamentals (customer segmentations, market shares, market sizes, client metrics, habits & practices, etc).
Managing quick ad-hoc requests linked to fundamental data.Skills Required : * Post-Graduate (Master's required) in final year or penultimate year : data analytics / statistics, economics, mathematics, social studies or Anthropology / Psychology preferred.
