For our client site in Luterbach we are looking for a

Service Coordinator Lab Equipment

Purpose of the job :

  • The Service Coordinator Lab Equipment is responsible for the processing of work orders in the maintenance database; performs data entry into maintenance databases;
  • inputs electronic record forms, approves change forms into database; closes and files site work orders and archives copies of all change requests;
  • and manages the filing of GMP work orders.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all aspects of Administrative Account Service
  • Create work orders based on user requests
  • Close and archive completed work orders tickets
  • Serve as customer liaison for any changes or reports
  • Transfer approved Equipment / PM / Instrument request information into the appropriate database
  • Work closely with onsite team to assist in scheduling and contacting vendors
  • Responsible for accurate data input into respective databases
  • Monitor PM activity through PM management reports to assure timeliness and completion.
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of pass through service contracts.
  • Communicate in a timely fashion with vendors and client contacts
  • Utilize poise, tact and diplomacy to obtain cooperation and results
  • Keep the customer updated on progress
  • Vendor escorting
  • Support Account Manager in preparing the QBR data
  • Specific Scope Data :

  • Responsible for client satisfaction, account profitability and retention
  • Develop positive working relationship with vendors and staff
  • Develop and operate within defined budgets
  • Interactions will consist of face-to-face meetings, telephone, email, and other electronic means as necessary with sales, service / support personnel, operations, finance, management, cross-
  • divisional personnel, and vendor representatives

    Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Commercial Degree (KV, Handelsschule, HF)
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong Inter-Personal skills
  • Well organized, ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Conscientious (attention to detail)
  • Desire to perform job to high standard
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written
  • Enthusiastic / Positive attitude
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Europe
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively to resolve customer issues
  • Effective communication skills in both German and English (verbal and written), French is a plus.
  • Solid PC skills and ability to effectively use Windows based software
  • Experianced with CRM and ERP tools such as SAP, IBM Maximo
  • Minimal direct supervision required
