I want to achieve great things and I want them to be noticed Nestlé Suisse S.A., La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland 100% 9 months’ contract : July 1st, 2018 to March 31st, 2019 Your main mission as a will be to assist the Category Development Analyst NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto to be expert of the category at all commercial levers.

You will drive shoppers to purchase beverages products in supporting the team to ensure the set-up of commercial plans for the beverages category, drive in-

store activation and translate Marketing and Brand plans into point of sales activities. Key responsibilities Ensure the analysis of key promotional activities per channel, customer and product on a regular basis

  • Gather historical data
  • Track monthly performance
  • Present the outcome of the analysis + draft recommendations for promotional plan / mechanics
  • Support in establishing the perfect instore execution for key NDG Campaigns

  • Develop and ensure implementation of marketing campaigns from end to end : alignment with stakeholders, creation of POSM, good execution in store, coordination, follow-up, presentations
  • Drive of customers plans : define relevant needs, manage variants and quantities of POSM
  • Draft and update layout proposals according to assortment of machines and capsules, especially for ERT channel (Electroretail)
  • Coordinate demonstrations / tastings for NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto products

  • Plan and follow-up of the demo / tasting implementation and ensure good execution with the agencies. Handle daily activities with agencies, ensure optimization of all flows and processes
  • Provide, present and lead regular trainings with the agencies, demo pool / instore employees and Field Sales Force with relevant information about brand business activities
  • Education and experience

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Marketing and / or Sales
  • Good command of Excel
  • Fluent in French, German, and English
