As part of Azqore Business Services department, the Azqore Product Owner (APO) is the bearer of the functional knowledge on Azqore specific domains.

He / she works closely with Azqore Product Managers within the Product Management team.

As Product Owner, he / she is responsible for scoping client’s evolutions requests and building the Azqore Project Plan.

He / she is in charge of the validation of the realization of the projects before delivery to the clients as well as ensuring the completeness of the functional documentation.

He / she provides functional expertise when required on projects.

The Azqore Product Owner also acts in support of Relationship Managers to market and present his / her products to clients and prospects.

Expertise :

  • Contribute to maintain functional coherence
  • Produce annual project plan
  • Perform functional analysis of evolution requests
  • Contribute as functional expert for consulting missions or onboarding projects
  • Is responsible for production and maintenance of product functional documentation
  • Is accountable for production and maintenance of settings documentation
  • Is accountable for functional completeness documentation of Azqore tools (ARIS)
  • Provides support to the Azqore Academy
  • Is responsible for the test strategy, user & client experience
  • Commercial / Marketing :

  • Provides support, when needed, to the Azqore Product Manager
  • Customer Relationship :

  • Do presale / present products and evolutions / new features to Azqore clients and prospects (Client Roadshow)
  • Collect & scoping of client’s needs in collaboration with Azqore Product Manager
  • Provide functional contribution in products deployment on clients’ environments
  • Operations & Back Office

    This domain of product management requires having experience for back-office and operation management about the following topics :

  • Verification (consistency, compliance) of transactions recorded by the front office
  • Control of provisions (cash or securities);
  • Sending confirmations ;
  • Payment orders, settlement / delivery instructions;
  • Verification of collections;
  • Management of the life of contracts, monitoring of maturities;
  • Commission billing;
  • Settlement cash and Securities;
  • Reporting and auditing, particularly for regulatory purposes.
  • Security Master File (SMF)
  • Corporate actions (CA)
  • Coupons
  • Payments (Credit Cards, Check, Credit transfer)
  • Messaging (Swift Gateway, MEBI)
  • Settlement, InvestigationsSEPA, Target 2, SIC
  • Market Data
  • Knowledge and experience about back-office systems used by banks.
