Position Purpose : Today T-Vapor category remains niche, but with huge potential and we are as team to establish Tobacco Vapor as a credible growth category in the space between traditional tobacco and e-vapor by identifying the right product technology which will turn the T-Vapor category to growth as well as developing a pipeline of new product innovations which are consumer & commercially relevant.
The individual will be responsible, in close cooperation and under the supervision of the EP T-Vapor Product Portfolio & Design Director, for supporting the development of global product & portfolio strategy, leading proudct design development (e.
g. UX design, Aesthetic design, CMF development) and TPD2 implementation in line with anticipating trends and regulatory landscape, and company guidelines.
The core objective of the role will be; develop competitive product offer, ensuring alignment with all key internal business enablers (EP Strategy Innovation, EP Business Leads & Commercial, EP CSRA, R&D, M&S, Legal, IP etc.
Education : University degreeWork Experience : Min. 5 years with proven track of record in industrial design, preferably in electronics products, multi-cultural business experience.
