We OfferA challenging role within our business area Investment Solutions & Products in the Sustainability, Research and Investment Solutions divisionBeing part of the COO function of the business area Liquid Alternatives with a strong focus on Product Management which includes Life Cycle Management and Trade ExecutionThe responsibility to be the central point of contact for all kind of questions regarding LCM and Transactions for all Liquid Alternatives managed products and portfolios.
You will need to liaise with key business partners such as Portfolio Manager, Legal& Compliance, market counterparties, custodian, administrators as well as other providersThe unique chance for you of coordinating and steering the whole lifecycle of products such as mergers and transfer, maintain product Documents and corporate events, coordinate all transactions starting with manual placement of settlement / transfer instructions, monitoring of securities / fund transactions to ensure timely settlement, systematic chasing and resolution of pending transfers, differences and breaks, up to active interface management and the continuous improvement of fund transfer processesThe responsibility of the product management which also includes cash flow monitoring, liquidity line management, collateral and derivative management and execution, as well as the accomplishment of relevant control and reporting dutiesA platform which gives you the opportunity to build and maintain good relationships with business partners and senior management across the businesses and functions within a first class organization with state-of-the-art professional standardsThe chance to deepen and strengthen your alternative investments know how with a unique insight into the area of liquid alternativesYou OfferUniversity degree in finance or comparable education (e.
