Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) has an excellent opportunity for a Connected Buildings Sr. Software Sales Specialist.

based in Rolle, but covering DACH region.

The position reports to the Connected Buildings Software European Salesleader. In this new role you will be responsible to support Honeywell BuildingSolutions (HBS) in meeting and exceeding annual orders and revenue plans ofexisting and newly created Connected Services, Software as a Service (SaaS) andfuture Cloud and Buildings Enterprise Performance Management / Internet ofThings (IoT) solutions sold through the HBS regions as assigned in AnnualOperating Plan (AOP).

You will be responsible for supporting the HoneywellBuilding Solutions customer acquisition sales strategies, tactics, andprocesses leveraging Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) Connected Buildingssoftware solutions.

You will also be responsible for supporting the development of new opportunities with the Honeywell Connected BuildingsSoftware portfolio.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Develop, deploy, track and forecast the execution ofthe Connected Services Annual Operating Plan of new licensing agreements ofHCE’s Connected Services Portfolio including Vector Occupant App, Vector SpaceSense, Forge Outcome Based Services, API as a Service and future solutions asthey are developed in the assigned national territory to new and existing HBScustomers
  • Develop and measure Strategic Integrator relationships
  • Navigate and develop partner-based agreements
  • Responsible for achieving assigned Annual OperatingPlan (AOP) orders plan while following established pricing guidelines.
  • Identify and communicate the strengths and weaknessesof the Connected Buildings (CB) Software value propositions and making requiredadjustments based on market intelligence working closely with the marketing,technology and Honeywell Building Solution Partner teams
  • Own the real-time Sales between Honeywell ConnectedBuildings and Honeywell Building Solutions and the corresponding reporting andpotential resource requests / allocations
  • Reporting, Analysis and Forecasting from source data(SFDC, SAP, etc) to your manager
  • Be willing to travel as necessary throughout theassigned territory
  • Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years of Software as Service (Saas), Building Controls, Services or related business to business industry experience in the commercial and institutional buildings markets.
  • Proven experience acquiring and selling to customers through the channel sales process
  • Solid understanding channel route and the ability to build business case investments
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience in the commercial buildings industry with National market knowledge
  • Excellent organization & project management skills
  • Successful experience leading a geographically dispersed sales team.
  • Proven ability to work and sell across various diverse markets.
  • Solid understanding of P&L and ability to build business case for sales growth investments.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategies for sales growth.
  • Understands how to build sales strategies from market data across multiple geographies / industries and uses common sense approach to execution.
  • Creative, decisive, high energy and ability to energize and inspire others.
