The Head of Onboarding is responsible for the program management of all implementations of our banking solution at our client banks in Switzerland or abroad.
She / he is in charge of managing the Onboarding team.
Analysis, development and evaluation activities :
Gap analysis, project sizing and feasibility,
Analysis of the client’s business needs,
Specification writing and needs modeling,
Budget monitoring of the project,
Budget control of all onboarding projects.
Organization, management and implementation activities :
Manage project plan and budget,
Assistance in the definition and implementation of the Target Operating Model of the Client Bank,
Process modelling and implementation,
Writing of operational workflow diagrams,
Tests and defect management,
Manage project risks and issues,
Manage the consolidated resource demand and resource plan of onboarding projects,
Manage team and recruitment,
Manage team performance : objectives, reviews, 1 : 1,
Attend all onboarding projects Steering Committees,
Time-sheets follow-up and invoices controls.
Communication, contact, moderation or sales activities :
Provide expertise in the sales process to find solutions and size projects,
Change management and trainings,
Animation of / or participation to committees / sessions in the framework of project governance,
Relations with Top Management of Client Banks to monitor their satisfaction on the projects,
Reporting to Azqore Top management on the projects,
Circulate information to the Onboarding team.
Project Manager for specific projects :
Active collaboration during sale phases to propose scenarios and implementation budgets to prospects,
Conduct the project through monitoring and relevant feedback on the progress, risks and challenges of the project with consideration of the needs for decisions or alerts,
Project management in collaboration with the strategic stakeholders of the Client Banks and continuous progress communication to governing instances (Steering Committees, Comex members, ),
Direct handling or implementation of streams related to the project : process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model, writing of specifications, report / minutes writing, migration data mapping, system configuration, testing and defects management, deployment, training, change management and user support
Numerous trips abroad, short and long durations.
