Day-to- Day responsabilities :
The B2B Support Agent will be providing a premium customer service to all creators and will be ultimately responsible for :
Improve on how creators use the platform, through tips and knowledge know-how
Technical support and technical tips
Policy and Copyright questions and issues
Content ID fixing and rights management issues
Basic troubleshoot to fix issues
Your profile :
Fluency in Russian (at least C1 level, ideally native)
B2 level of English
Availability to work in from 9AM - 8PM (3 Shifts available) Monday to Sunday.
At least 12 months of direct customer service experience required, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and / or B2B environment
Live customer support experience (phone, chat, email, in-person, etc.) is preferred
Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures
Holder of a Portuguese residence permit / EU citizenship
