This is a unique 24-month experience, where we offer you a permanent position comprising a specific programme with rotations in different teams to enable you to expand your expertise and professional skills.
Based on a permanent contract, our graduate programmes include on- and off-the-job components, placing the emphasis on teamwork but also exploring each individual's specific skill set, furthering their development and setting specific objectives.
During the programme you will be working with a wide range of experts within the firm and form part of an international graduate network.
To bolster your technical skills you will prepare for specific certification, depending on your role, while also developing your soft skills through the Group Graduate Training Programme.
As a Graduate Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be actively involved in the activities of the Pictet Cybersecurity team, gaining both hands-on technical experience as well as acquiring project management and cross-team influencing skills.
This is a role where you will have the opportunity to work closely with many different stakeholders, both in Technology & Operations and Group Corporate Functions.
You will therefore be able to work with different experts in fields related to Information Security.
Your engineering skills will enable you to make a decisive and lasting contribution to improving existing processes, automating certain activities and suggesting innovative solutions.
Rotation in different teams such as the Network and Workstation Security Engineering teams, Group Information Security and Risk Management functions will help you to gain valuable insights.
You will, for example, be able to work with cybersecurity analysts in the Security Operations Centre, managing security incidents and optimising their processes.
You will also have the chance to be part of an engineering team, experiencing first hand how security solutions are implemented on the network or on workstations.
Furthermore, as part of Group Information Security or a business-line Risk Management function, you will be able to take a step back from technical considerations and develop a better understanding of the business environment.
