Description

Reporting to Senior Manager, Aviation Training, the position will provide support to MER Products team mainly on training and events tasks.

The incumbent will help the training team with the administration and logistics of classroom, distance learning, virtual and e-

Learning training in airline management, aviation law, environment and soft skills. He / she will also help the Events Senior Manager on the admin / maintenance of the events website.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the PPTs / PDFs design of course materials, polishing, formatting, upload course materials to extranet;
  • Responsible for bad debt files; follow up with payments;
  • Answer client’s questions on training or redirect them to the Product Manager / Aviation Solution Managers / Sales Managers;
  • Conduct market research and maintain the products database;
  • Manage inventory of DL books;
  • Liaise with the Instructors, training coordinators and the MER colleagues worldwide;
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the websites related to the Events in scope;
  • Provide support to the team as required.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once;
  • Cultural awareness and excellent communication skills;
  • Interest in training and development areas;
  • Excellent English writing skills;
  • Excellent PC skills particularly with MS Office programs;
  • Experience in web management.
