The incumbent will be mainly responsible for managing, implementing and overseeing programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and foster employee and overall organizational development.
Promote, identify and improve internal mobility opportunities across the perimeter while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development;
Encourage a culture of job swaps, contribution to part-time projects, internal job moves, promote diversity, well-being and support employee engagement;
Assess internal competency needs to meet business objectives and translate them in a set of soft and hard skills; Perform skills gap analysis and recommend appropriate actions;
In coordination with business owners, build a knowledge centre for specific jobs and ensure a business taskforce is allocated to keep it fully updated and active;
Manage people development programs and follow-up with managers to assess business needs; Plan, develop and organize targeted training programs that will contribute to people growth and development in accordance with the training strategy.
Follow-up with managers and employees to assess training efficiency / effectiveness as well as general impact on business and performance;
Act as a HR business partner to the business and as a business partner to Corporate, regional and local HR; Support, influence and drive change accordingly.
Ensure organizational development and learning are at the heart of the business and enable leaders to sustain one unified culture;
Act as an advisor to the business.
Manage regular communications within the allocated perimeter and ensure employees are regularly updated with latest news / developments
Participate to diverse projects (competency matrix, satisfaction surveys ), organize events as per necessary and drive other periodic HR operational programs as needed.
University degree in HR or any other relevant field;
8-10 years’ experience in a HR generalist role or specialized in organizational development or Talent Development within a multinational organization interacting at all levels of the organization;
at ease interacting with senior leaders;
Knowledge of latest HR best practices;
Excellent presentation skills and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, French, Italian or other additional languages would be an asset;
Computer Literate (MS Suite, HR systems);
Self-motivated, results-oriented, high integrity and work ethics;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
