MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting directly to the Architecture and Construction Director, the Senior Project Manager will coordinate the project management of major Maison’s real estate investment, to ensure budget planning and control, administrative management, constructions supervision and control, and constantly update and communicate advancement to management and leadership team.

In addition, the Senior Project Manager will scout for potential new real estate opportunities, advise on financial and technical aspects and provide expertise on any real estate matter.

This newly created role will be an exciting opportunity to contribute the Maison’s real estate development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management (80%)

Coordinate and implement programs and projects

  • Coordinate architectural and technical project development and environmental strategy
  • Assess, select and validate third parties, contractors, vendors, engineering teams and any other external teams
  • Provide resources, planning and cost estimates
  • Coordinate budget, resources and ensure financial planning
  • Co-lead the execution of the projects
  • Ensure accurate and first class administrative and financial follow-up
  • Supervise the construction planning and its execution, ensure perfect quality of delivery
  • Control the execution of the construction and provide troubleshooting
  • Follow-up on construction permits and any other technical / legal requirements
  • Ensure smooth and regular communication to Senior Leadership, Management and any other entity involved in the projects
  • Advisory and expertise (20%)

  • Scout, select, negotiate real estate investments (boutiques / properties / lands for selling or buying)
  • Advise on technical and / or financial aspects on request
  • Follow-up on investment requests
  • Advise on any real estate topics
  • PROFILE

  • Architect diploma (EPF / HES or equivalent)
  • Min 5 to 8 years of experience in Architecture or Real Estate development / Management
  • Previous experience in managing team, indirectly or directly
  • Solid experience in managing real estate projects
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong ability to interact at all level of the organisation, from workers to Senior Leadership
  • Solid business acumen and able to build trust and credibility
  • Ability to negotiate and influence
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to deal with financial data and CAPEX specificities
  • Project Management certification would be a nice to have
  • MS office expert, DAO is a nice to have
  • Fluent in French, English and Italian
  • Ability to travel extensively, drive permit mandatory
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland
