Assist Operations Leads to ensure materials required for operation are ordered and available.
Assist Supervisors to ensure manufacturing areas are staffed adequately to meet Operations schedule & changing priorities.
Audit Operations areas, and troubleshoot Operations variances to identify root causes.
Participate in review, writing, and training of new and revised Standard Operating Procedures and Manufacturing Batch Records.
Assist supervisors with activities such as training and staff and resource utilization.
Coordinate with other departments to accomplish objectives.
Facilitate smooth transition of information between shifts, including accurate and complete exchange of information to other shift teams and supporting departments.
Ensure associates are working in compliance to regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP, ISO).
Coordinate daily activities of the work unit, based on guidance from Operations management.
Record and report daily Operations metrics.
Manage and coordinate small to medium projects of moderate complexity to improve quality, improve efficiency, or reduce operating cost.
