Management Support for Education Events & Relations Europe and Southern Africa (70%, temporary until 31.12.2022)

Based in Davos you will be part of the new Global Networks Education Events & Relations team focussing on the Europe & Southern African region and work closely with the Regional Managers.

In this role you will be required to

  • Manage governance tasks (meeting support, agenda formatting, minutes writing, post meeting follow-ups)
  • Administer elections for regional boards and country councils
  • Manage smaller projects
  • Handle a variety of different administrative tasks in Event Planning and Execution, including updating or retrieving information in / from ERP systems, processing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements
  • Act as deputy for other Management Support Team members
  • In order to master this challenge, you have

  • A higher Education, Commercial Diploma or similar degree
  • Relevant experience preferably as an assistant or project- or event management background
  • Excellent written and verbal English communications skills, more language skills are preferred
  • Very strong organizational skills, good attentions to detail, ability to progress multiple projects in parallel
  • High level of service, people, and team orientation with a solution-oriented mindset
