An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) segment of Private Banking UK International located in Zurich.

Take the chance to become a trusted facilitator, coordinator and reliable partner for the Senior Relationship Managers, working in a small and dynamic team!

  • As a client Manager you support the daily operational management of clients’ accounts in conjunction with the Relationship Manager
  • Key duties include the following :

  • Building a positive relationship with RMs and clients
  • Developing a deep understanding and ownership of the managed client book
  • Daily contact with our sophisticated clients, as well as coordination of our internal specialists and business partners (product, credit, risk, legal)
  • Coordination and management of risk and compliance topics for the managed client book
  • You will be required to deliver premium tailor-made advice and services to clients
  • Handling complex account openings (e.g. domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations)
  • Ensuring smooth execution of client orders, administrative tasks, processes and formalities of the client life-cycle (e.
  • g. client reporting, cash management, credit issues, RRRP, PEP)

  • Overall operational responsibility for the client relationship

  • Banking apprenticeship with further education or University degree
  • You already bring experience in taking care of UHNWI and / or HNWI clientele
  • We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of work experience as Senior Assistant RM or Junior RM or from a client facing role
  • Excellent knowledge of Private Banking processes as well as CS internal applications and MS Office
  • You combine a high customer orientation with very good interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility
  • Fluency in English, German is an asset
