  • Your role

  • Provide functional leadership to Digital Endpoint (DE) team for the deployment of digital endpoints in Global Drug Development clinical Trials, including but not limited to : Managing and engaging with key stakeholders from clinical trial teams Providing expertise, advice and input on deploying Digital Endpoints per trial Managing required literature reviews, observational studies, vendor management sensor testing, observational studies Providing analytics expertise to ensure effective data management, algorithm development and statistical calculations Assuring quality of Digital Endpoints (DE) team output on key materials, such as Briefing Books, SAPs, internal documentation
  • Support the development of the GDD DE Operating Model, including : Subject matter expertise support for key stakeholder meetings;
  • provide key input on activity assessment Job sizing and role profile writing, as well as final structure and governance framework Providing oversight and review on final DE Operating Model proposal

    Your profile

  • Advanced post-doctorate degree in data science, medicine or a related scientific subject
  • 10 15 years’ experience working in Drug Development and / or Clinical Trials
  • 5+ years’ experience working in Digital Endpoints (or a related field)
  • Proven leadership experience in matrix organization with constructive influential skills and ability to drive functional excellence in time of change and ambiguity
  • Reliable, constructive communication skills, good listening skills, willing to share information, willing to cooperate and help, flexible.
  • Breaks down barriers to teamwork at organizational levels

  • Proven experience in strategic program management, preferably in deploying digital endpoints in a Big Pharma
  • Adept at creating and writing business presentations, including storyboarding
  • Fluency in English language
