As a Customer Service Specialist you will : Be first point of contact for members and clients, stranded due to an accident, breakdown or illness, when traveling abroad and in need Record all relevant information to ensure the fastest possible help organization and process the relevant orders for assistance Perform outbound contacts to our network partners to mediate or organize, as needed, medical or roadside assistance Advising and informing members and insured clients during the case management processTaking an active role in the claims management of the casesWith your empathy you manage to calm the members and clients down, even in emergency situations You bring with you : Fluent conversational proficiency in German and any of the other required languages Good communication skills and enjoying contact with peopleDistinct customer orientation and high social skills Willingness to work in flexible rotative shifts, public holiday,s and weekends (Service 07-23) Team-Player and good organizational skillsInterest in developing skills in training opportunities and self-learningUser knowledge in the field of standard softwareProfessionals and career changers are very welcome What’
