What your day would be like

  • Support the SVP DDG in his internal and external engagements by providing presentations, briefing notes, factsheets, and other preparatory materials with useful substantive information
  • Coordinate intra divisional matters, including the alignment of regional priorities and targets
  • Ensure the smooth flow of information and documents within the DDG division in close collaboration with Regional offices and IATA SMEs
  • Prepare agendas for intra divisional and other meetings, reports and maintain DDG’s intranet community
  • Support the preparation of the DDG briefs, speeches and official communication if necessary and collect info depending on requirements (subject, location, people involved)
  • Provide an executive-level of administrative support to the SVP DDG including calendar management and travel
  • Work with internal stakeholders to design the shape of the agenda, identify relevant discussion topics and appropriate speakers
  • We would love to hear from you if

  • University degree, in business administration, communication, political science or international relations
  • Strong experience working with the top executive level, preferably in a similar position
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with little or no supervision
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact in international and multicultural environments at the senior level
  • Team-oriented and open as the job requires close coordination and information sharing
  • Discretion and high integrity
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the airline / aviation industry is an asset
  • High proficiency inEnglish with excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills. Knowledge ofother languages is an asset
  • Travel Required : N
