  • Build and maintain relationships with managers to understand positions and department goals.
  • Manage end to end recruiting life cycle; sourcing, attracting, screening and closing candidates for full time opportunities across various different positions and business areas.
  • Seek out new sourcing options and creative approaches to attract talent in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Proactively communicate to people managers; develop excellent relationships as the thought partner and subject matter expert in the area of talent acquisition by bringing data, market intelligence, and insight.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, ensuring accuracy of ATS data.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams, finance, compensation and global mobility.
  • Support recruiting process training including best practices in interviewing.
  • Frequently review and recommend trending techniques to streamline recruitment functionality.
  • Frequent communication with HR team to maintain alignment related to onboarding.
  • Promote internal recruiting and rewards.
  • Support succession planning objectives and goals.

  • BA / BS Degree in Human Resources or a Business related degree.
  • 5-7 years of Human Resources experience in a corporate setting, within an HR department of a banking related organization is preferred.
  • Eagerness and ambition to improve, learn, and grow within the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
  • Understanding and use of an ATS; Cornerstone is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ADP’s WFN is a plus.
  • Proven success in using tools such as LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter.
  • High computer literacy with exposure to Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
