Head of E-Commerce Operations & Content
Key responsibilities :
Manage and lead the Content Team and Product Owner in the E-Commerce department in order to drive all shop frontend updates, processes, developments and implementations to grow the business, optimize process flow and manage costs.
Ensure state-of-the-art online shop functionalities and UX in order to drive e-com KPI (bounce rate, CR, RR, site speed etc.)
Prioritization of backlog based on eCommerce needs (Agile Development / Scrum)
Definition of roadmap together with Head of eCom
Decide on page marketing content and seasonal calendar including landing pages
Secure delivery of seasonal updates of the Online Shops
Manage and lead the E-Commerce Operations Manager in order to develop, implement and monitor all processes to follow a standardized approach to operate the own operated E-Commerce Shops.
Develop and monitor ecom operations like transportation, payments, backend, interfaces between service partner and Triumph
Guidance of customer service and escalation level
Ensure a state-of-the-art and KPI driven e-Commerce environment when it comes to operations, content, usability, features
Manage and lead the Marketplace Manager in order to implement, optimize and grow own operated marketplaces as well as accuracy of the related product masterdata.
Being point of contact for external marketplace clients
Optimizing overall setup of Marketplace channel, including collaboration with distance retail teams
Optimization of marketplace data process
Prioritization of new marketplace rollouts
Ensure a successful marketplace channel and aim for improvements
Lead the team

Requirements
4 - 5 years’ experience in shop management and / or brand or category management for an e-commerce company
University degree at least bachelor’s or equivalent experience
Previous 3+ years of people managerial experience
IT proficiency : Microsoft Office (high level excel skills, data interchange formats i.e. xml), SAP, database management, PIM know-how, DAM know-how, Jira, Google Analytics, Development / Scrum
Proven ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a dynamic organization
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
German language as a plus
Experience in marketplaces would be a plus
Self-starter that takes ownership and is able to identify opportunities
