We are currently looking for a
Sr. Manager, Enterprise Security Architecture
The selected candidate will apply a combination of business process analysis and technical knowledge
Develop security design deliverables that identify and describe the relationships among business functions, data, applications and networking technology at various levels.
The successful candidate will perform individual assignments and lead security focused project teams composed of members of other CSL departments.
Security solutions developed will include secure network design, intrusion detection / protection, network access control, business continuity using a business risk approach.
It is important that the candidate communicate and work closely with :
Manufacturing Automation personnel
Application teams
Business Technology management
CSL process and system owners
Infrastructure Engineers
Security Team colleagues
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Educational concentration in a computer-based discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems) or a technical discipline (e.
g. Engineering, Mathematics) is preferred.
7+ years of experience in IT or an applicable function that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
5+ years of operational experience working with complex, large-scale technical environments.
5+ years of professional experience in Information Security or related work experience.
Background and experience in infrastructure
Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls
ISO 27001 applied in an Enterprise
Understanding MES systems and architecture; Siemens PCS (preferred), JAG, or Allen-Bradley and manufacturing automation.
Experience with the IEC 62443 Security framework
Demonstrated experience with Secure Development Lifecycle
Experience with enterprise routing and switching, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Servers, and Microsoft Enterprise Applications
Scripting, e.g., Python, PowerShell, Perl
Fluent English and German
Preferred Skills & Experience (not required) :
CISSP, GIAC-N, GCFA, GCFE, GNFA or other technical security certification desirable support for certification for the right candidate available.
Candidate will be expected to achieve and maintain technical certifications to demonstrate technical development and currency with security curriculums.
Member of Automation or Engineering team at Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
Experience with conducting security or operational assessments at Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
Experience with deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Data and session encryption, log aggregation and correlation, security data analytics, change management, and performance and capacity management
Public and Hybrid Cloud
Working with Linux in an enterprise environment
Work in a controlled regulatory or pharmaceutical environment with applied GMP knowledge
