What you will do
Johnson Controls is undergoing a massive business transformation program and we need your Oracle Financials experience to make it success! We’ve embarked on a multi-year journey to transform our various ERP’s within the Installation and Services businesses from on premise legacy platforms to the Oracle Fusion ERP.
We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Functional Architect who will bring along solid knowledge of Procure to Pay (PTP) process and expertise in functional configuration of Procure to Pay, Purchasing, Inventory and Account Payables modules in Oracle Fusion.
You will also lead a team of PTP Oracle Functional Architects.
How you will do it
This position will primarily focus on, but not limited the Supply Chain and Procure to Pay components of Oracle Fusion ERP
Lead a team of Procure to Pay Oracle Functional Architects to define a harmonized Oracle process within the P2P space across multiple instances of Oracle Fusion, segmented by region
Management and Development of the P2P Solution Architect team
Drive and influence the delivery of solutions across our entire Oracle Fusion eco system incorporating multiple locations with a specific focus on our Installation, Service, and Retail businesses
Define a Global Template in the P2P spaces to be used by our regional business units
Continue to evolve the global template in the P2P spaces post implementation
Execute a strict governance policy to determine changes to the global template and regional templates as needed for localization or defined business needs.
Execute Oracle Fusion programs in conjunction with Partner Organizations for Solution Delivery
Reviewing and approving all deliverable work products prior to delivery to customers
Influences senior business leaders on business process improvement and data quality.
Collaborates with Global Infrastructure Architects
Collaborates with ePMO Program and Project Managers.
Collaborates with Application Support Organization to resolve escalated incidents
Providing functional industry-specific subject matter expertise to support requirements gathering, solution design, and oversight
Extensive experience of Oracle ERP and Oracle EBS Experience
Procurement expertise in Oracle Fusion Functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives
Hands-on experience implementing Oracle applications (minimum two implementations)
Experience leading projects in an onsite / offshore model
Working Knowledge or Oracle Database and Database Structures
Experience in partner engagement with an onshore / offshore delivery model
Experience working with customers to gather requirements and defining the solutions for small and large projects
Ability to communicate effectively to technical as well as business audience
This position requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external parties
Experience with Oracle Fusion
Expertise in working with database technologies including scripts, stored procedures etc. as well as standard Oracle Tools such as SQL Developer, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI, etc.
Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Oracle ERP Implementation in Installation and Service Industry
Oracle EBS Applications
Oracle BI Reporting
Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
