We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher with a background in operations management or general management, who would like to contribute to the Chair of Production and Operations Management (POM) at ETH Zurich.
The primary criteria for employment is research at a high level of scientific quality, measured by potential for near-future publications in top POM or general management journals (e.
g., Financial Times top-50 journals).
The Chair of POM welcomes applications in related empirical domains (strategic management or innovation management), but excluding mathematical modelling / OR.
The Chair of POM at ETH Zurich conducts empirical and innovative POM research with high relevance.
Our purpose is to deliver research that matters and teaching that inspires with the determination of developing better operations in industry and society.

AI, 3D printing, IoT, drones); (3) International operations management configuration, coordination and improvement of global production networks.

The candidate can expect limited teaching and service duties.
