Your responsibilities
Drive the utilization of quality data from all parts of the operation to identify risks, failures and non-conformities within the local operations, its suppliers and customers, minimizing variation and maximizing efficiencies
Ensure the voice of the customer is represented at all levels in the company, risks, problems and solutions are evaluated from a customer / stakeholder point of view
Implement effective internal controls to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements
Validate that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating known risks
Enable and coach production employees by regular communication to evaluate risks, problems and solutions
Assist in the application of appropriate corrective and preventive action and manages solutions to closure in a hands on and practical way
Suggest projects, improvement actions and L6S tools to achieve objectives.
Work and communicate with leaders to identify and access the best resources (internal) with which to work
Provide trainings, coaching and facilitation support to individuals and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts for themselves
Your background
Solid qualifications in quality e.g., as a quality or process engineer
Expertise in utilization of 7 basic quality tools
Proven track of quality improvement projects within a production environment
At least four years' work experience in the field of production or production engineering
Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
Team spirit and a highly structured approach
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (of advantage)
