Technology Partner Manager EMEA

We are looking for someone like you in this as a Technology Partner Manager EMEA. This position will be responsible for connecting and growing our technology partner ecosystem into the EMEA region to better serve our mutual customers.
Primary responsibilities include :
Build commercial business plans and go-to-market strategies with regional Technology Partners to accelerate revenue growth, identifying key stakeholders to help execute.
Go-to-market strategies will include channel sales motions and / or Rockwell sales motions depending on the partner.
Create Technology Partner value awareness and activate engagement with channel partners such as distributors, system integrators and OEMs
Work with regional marketing teams to create co-marketing plans at scale for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Technology Partners
Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with global partner management team to extend existing partnerships into the region or bring on new partners
Collaborate with regional commercial operations teams for selling enablement material (channel and / or sales audiences)
Regional executive leadership sales or channel alignment and management between companies
Bachelor degree or other related experience
Minimum of six years of experience in industrial automation-related work
Desired qualifications :
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation channel strategies and technology partners
An area of specialty expertise, such as industry experience
Experience reflecting commercial skills, such as background in technical sales
Interpersonal / relationship management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage conflict and build consensus
