Exposure and close collaboration with multiple areas including Trading, Sales, Structuring, IT and Operations.
Supporting Trading and Sales personnel in the processing of trades (FX- und Precious Metals, Structured Products, administrative and control tasks)
Ensuring smooth and complete processing across product classes
Ownership, investigation and resolution of exceptions and breaks from daily business
Project support to Trading and Sales departments
Completed bank apprenticeship or similar education with further education in Finance
Min 1-3 years banking experience or administrative functions (Back Office, Operations, Assistant) required; FX und PM knowledge are advantageous
Strong communication skills, own initiative and sense of ownership in regards to processes
Enthusiasm in performing administrative and recurring activities
Flair for troubleshooting and investigation tasks
Persistence, assertiveness and structured working methods, able to prioritize and deliver under pressure
Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
