In this role, you will be responsible for supporting management, execution and operation of critical, strategic and operational projects or programs in the Group Function Legal & Integrity at global level.
Supporting the Legal Operations team with strategic leadership, innovation, management and guidance on the implementation of technology-based optimization and simplification measures across the function and Group programs, processes and procedures to enable an innovative and effective Legal & Integrity function.
Managing training responsibilities for the Legal Operations team with regards to implementation of new technology-based solutions.
Keeping track of all team projects and their related activities, including document management. You will be reporting to Head of Legal Operations.
Defining with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost / budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation, together with the Head of Legal Operations and the Sr.
Manager Legal Operation & Finance.
Effectively organizing, monitoring and controlling activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources.
Engaging with stakeholders to optimize and simplify function regulations, tools and processes using Lean 6 Sigma and technology to assist.
Using the concept of quality to drive the effective use of resources, minimization of waste and exceptional results to improve the function and its services.
Ensuring projects and operations follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures.
Serving as the key contact for the large number of project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues. Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support.
Supporting leadership of the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and / or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
Keeping up to date and informed about any change in strategy & technology and is consulted regarding any incident or other project which has, or might have, a major impact on the project.
Planning and coordinating qualification and training program with the Centers of Expertise leaders and ensures that the implementation of such programs are in line with audit and prescribed requirements.

Degree in Business, Economics or similar.
Certification in Project Management and / or proven relevant work experience.
Ideally Lean 6 Sigma or equivalent certified.
More than 5 years of experience in related field, including international experience.
In-house corporate experience or consultancy experience.
Sound expertise in project management.
Interaction across geographies, cultures and languages.
Excellent English communication, leadership and inter-personal skills.
Solid understanding of in-house legal departments is beneficial.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and team builder and player.
