  • You Offer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field
  • A minimum of 6 years’ of leadership and executive development experience with a consistent track record in and passion for designing and executing initiatives on a global scale
  • Deep expertise in the area of adult learning, instructional design techniques, leadership, management and organizational development
  • A persuasive and empathetic personality with a can-do attitude and the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility and interact effectively with the senior management
  • Strategic mindset with drive to execute and lead implementation
  • Strong advisory and facilitation skills with comfort presenting in front of large audiences
  • Well networked in the leadership development arena with an ability to recommend and tap a wide range of resources
  • Ability to work virtually in a global, dynamic and diverse environment and build positive relationships
  • Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
