Amcor is currently looking for Senior Manager or Manager for Learning & Development to fill a current vacancy. The successful candidate will provide leadership to organization-

wide learning and development initiatives and be based out of Amcor's Global Headquarter .

This role is imbedded in the HR organisation and reports directly into the Vice President, Talent & Executive Development.

For a Learning and Development Expert with experience in leading global learning and development initiatives, this represents a great opportunity to develop and implement organizational capability to enable business objectives.

Your main duties will be following but not limited to :

  • Learning & Development Programs Design, develop, and deliver key L&D interventions (e.g.., training programs) that build organizational capability, including end-
  • to-end management of core corporate university programs.

  • Individual Development Planning Support learning & development for individuals both directly (e.g., coaching, learning suggestions) and through large-
  • scale systematic intervention.

  • Executive Development Program Management Manage all aspects of Executive Development Program (EDP) including logistics arrangements.
  • Career Development Programs Support efforts to effectively enhance individual and group capability in key career development programs (e.g., ACDP).
  • Functional Excellence Programs Support key business-led functional excellence programs Plus from a learning and development perspective.
  • Candidate Assessment Support the management of Group-wide candidate assessment processes, including interpretation of results and developing recommendations to HR business partners.
  • Support Talent Management Activity Work with HR and business leaders following Talent Councils and other talent activities to identify and recommend group and individual learning interventions that help build capability and build succession bench strength.
  • Project Management Lead and support efforts to integrate Group-wide talent & learning programs. Rigorously manage specific projects related to learning and development.
  • Drive improvements in Group-wide learning and development programs and activity.

  • Online Learning Manage online learning offers and Develop of webpage / SharePoint focused providing Group-wide learning resources
  • Vendor Management Interface with, and manage key vendors related to various learning program activities, including management of supplier contracts and invoicing.
  • Individual Planning & Performance Management Track, analyze and report key learning & development data.
  • Requirements :

    Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field, with a Master’s degree in a related field preferred.

    Minimum 6 years’ experience in progressively challenging HR positions as either a specialist or generalist.

    Depth and breadth of experience generalist and / or specialist experience with depth of skill and experience in Talent Management and / or Learning & Development.

    Project Management experience.

  • Track record of leading initiatives that have resulted in building improved organizational capability.
  • Global Experience 3+ years supporting multi-national client groups and across different cultures.
  • Written and oral English fluency required.
