Lead the design of new integrations between CRM & Bank’s systems and present a technical vision and solutions to the business teams
Classify the OOB features, customizations, and integrations of the CRM solution to meet the business requirements
Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation phase to ensure the project is delivered on time and with all the requirements
Define the application architecture and design for integration e.g. Contact Center and CICS and innovate integration and provide integration specification
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Extensive experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementation for Banking / financial industry, deep domain expertise
Deep knowledge of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM and MS products with respect to technical integrations
Great communicator, consulting mindset and ability to successfully communicate and drive the bank’s internal and product vendor teams
Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization
Have excellent English skills
Travel : 100% on site at client (South Asia)
