IT Support Specialist
Location : Neuchâtel
Contract : 6 Month

Our client is a leading multinational company active in the tobacco industry based in Neuchatel, Switzerland.
You will join a dynamic team of passionate engineers. You’ll be interacting with many departments, coordinating with Lab scientists, Engineers and global IT technicians.
We will take care personal of your development, and ensure you are successful in your mission.
Your responsibilities :
Coordinate IS related projects needs and problems from 15 engineers.
Order, install and troubleshoot hardware (PC, Switch, VLAN)
Configure access right, security.
Implement and configure SQL-like databases.
Investigate and coordinate with global IT Support. Develop your network inside the global IT Support to ensure the team success.
Analyze the trend of recurring problems and implement corrective plans to solve problems for goods.
Develop scripts and programs to automate tasks.
Your profile :
Knowledge in traditional IT infrastructure.
Fluent in English and French.
You are strongly customer oriented. You feel responsible for the success of the team and the satisfaction of the colleagues requesting your help.
You have analytical skills. You are able to make advanced troubleshooting.
You are able to identify recurring problem trends and implement corrective plans.
Additionally, but not necessarily, you have :
Experience with Service NOW.
Experience with ITIL Processes.
Experience with scripting and programming : Powershell, SQL, VBA, C#
Please note a valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25 / EFTA citizenship is required for this position
