In this role, you will closely work with the development team and be a part of the scrum team. You will be team’ SDLC process owner, who define, prioritize and manage the team's sprint and product backlog, within a large-scale agile organization based on SAFe.
You will be the first point of contact between the stakeholders and the team. We are looking for a Business Analyst who would make sure that product backlog is up to date, has proper structure and all User Stories has all needed information in place to enable the day-to-day execution in accordance with business priorities.
1.Help define and communicate the overall vision, objectives and goals of the business.
2.Articulate and be involve in shaping the minimum viable product needs.
3.Create, refine, socialize and prioritize the product backlog while considering value to the business, risk, and dependencies.
Enable delivery of Product Backlog by presenting backlog to team, accepting or rejecting user stories based on agreed acceptance criteria
4.Create, own and refine well-formed user stories and artifacts that describe and detail new products, features and services based on feedback from team
5.Maximize the value of the work from the Agile team, by ruthless prioritization and elimination of waste hidden.
6.Work daily with scrum teams to refine, prioritize and accept stories and - potentially - production incidents.
7.Organize and facilitate acceptance testing by aligning with the business, track test results and work with the scrum master and agile team to resolve issues
8.Represent the team to external stakeholders, leaders and other teams to ensure alignment and understanding of the team's progress
9.Protect the team from work that is not agreed
10.Support the agile program and ensure the team follows enterprise Agile standards.
11.Work with Scrum Master and stakeholders on continuous improvement.
12.Champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas. Able to motivate, lead, and encourage the team to improve.
13.Facilitate the preparation and execution of Program Increment planning
1.It is required to have past IT BA experience of 5+ years
2.User facing BA experience preferred in relevant areas such as Sales & Marketing / Banking in general
3.Solid understanding of product ownership, agile, scrum and SAFe principles
4.Solid experience in product increment backlog maintaining and ownership, agile, scrum and SAFe principles
