Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate CEO Office Manager , to provide our Group CEO with leverage, amplify his impact and following through on action to deliver his vision.
The role will be varied and is positioned to interact closely and with autonomy with our CEO and all the senior leaders.

This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work under the immediate supervision of the CEO , working on high priority initiatives and supporting the implementation of the vision for the Company.
Direct report to the Group CEO (and initially to the current CEO Office Manager)

The candidate will be hired to be one of the future / rising talents in this growth company and will be expected to play a critical role in the CEO office for circa 2 years before moving into a leadership role.
Responsibilities will include :
Amplify impact and reach of CEO office
Work very closely with CEO and support him in his management of key value creation initiatives.
Ensure maximum impact of CEO?s involvement in initiatives / calls / meetings (e.g. board meetings, MT meetings, SteerCos, etc) by helping to set priorities, prepare agendas, content & fact sheets, keep meetings focused, align on key takeaways and ensure impactful and timely follow up as well as complete specific operational & financial analysis.
Prepare CEO for all internal / external meetings i.e. researching organization / individuals, briefing on ?synergy? and opportunities which may result from the interactions
Act as gatekeeper for CEO, ensuring CEO?s agenda reflects his priorities, and follow up meetings, external contacts, ideas for new business, etc.
Support ?CEO control? over execution of plan : goals, KPIs, governance
Prepare budget and corporate offices expense to CEO office
Help solve complex problems for the CEO, but know when to escalate
Work with CHRO to ensure a comprehensive rhythm of communications from CEO
Support identification and execution of value creation and operational improvement initiatives
Create deep business insights, strategies and tactics based on analysis of group wide opportunities and best practices
Provide content support in developing CEO thinking (ad-hoc analysis, pro-active insight generation)
Work on strategy formulation deployment in a manner that builds understanding and creates ownership as the representative of the CEO
Work in close collaboration with the Group CFO organization, Business Development and the Management Team
Participate with strategic planning in projects for Verisure

Top tier education background with a minimum of a Bachelor?s degree (ideally engineering or business administration)
Circa 2-5 years cumulative post-University experience (pre- / post-MBA, depending on the overall experience)
