For our team (approx. 10 people) we are looking for temporary support in the project management area.
It is about multi-project management and medium-voltage drives on the customer side and also with the internal employees (engineering, production, controlling, etc.).
Deliver Medium Voltage Drives and additional supplies to customers (mainly global sales channels)
Oversee commercial, legal, and technical aspects of order execution relating to several customer projects with the aim of ensuring on time delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability (multi-project management, new product business)
Act as reliable key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues from order intake until end of warranty
Lead project teams of qualified staff in accordance with the company policies and contractual agreements.
Identify project risks with regard to schedule, financial, contractual, and legal considerations, and initiate suitable countermeasures
Actively contribute to / lead continuous learning and improvement activities and projects (Lean Six Sigma)
Reliably support monthly financial and operational reporting procedures
Solid degree in Electrical Engineering or similar combined with business acumen (e.g. negotiation, revenue recognition, cost, cash flow), or degree in Business Administration complemented by excellent technical understanding (e.
g. variable frequency converters)
Experience in managing challenging industrial customer projects (2+ years)
Structured, reliable leader with the ability to anticipate risks and act upon
Customer committed team player with the skills to communicate efficiently at all levels
Strong command of English (written and spoken) and preferably German
Project management certification (IPMA, PMP, or similar) is a big advantage
Computer literate (e.g. SAP R3, Microsoft Windows, Office, Sharepoint, etc.)
