Benefits Manager Latin America We are transforming HR for the people, the business, the function Satellite (Nestlé, Mexico City, Mexico) Or Virtual Location ( within the Latin America region Nestlé Offices) Undefined period of time, 100% Deadline for Applications : 17th May 2019 Start date : As soon as possible In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Total Rewards function and are creating regional Centres of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality portfolio of Total Rewards services.

We are looking for a Benefits Manager for the CoC for Latin America based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Reporting to the Regional Head of CoC Total Rewards, you will be responsible for developing and managing the benefits programs and processes that balance internal cost management and external competitiveness ensuring the optimization and value for employees and the business.

The benefits can include retirement, health, welfare and insurance plans, as well as time off and perquisites ensuring compliance and alignment with global policies and guidelines.

A Day in the Life of a Benefits Manager

  • Design & revise the Benefits plan; lead the creation and updating of existing benefit plans, working closely with the relevant Market Reward Manager, Corporate teams, Procurement and Finance as required
  • Benefits benchmarking and analysis; oversee the timely and accurate submission of data to external survey providers and the subsequent robust analysis to draw recommendations for actions as required
  • Identify opportunities to drive standardization and simplification of benefits vendors and management / administration across the Region
  • Rewards compliance internally and externally and oversight of the benefits plan costs and financial risks
  • Lead Total Reward projects aimed at optimizing and improving total rewards programs in specific Markets
  • What will make you successful

  • University Degree level education or equivalent
  • 5 + years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
  • Local employment law & labor regulations
  • Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
