Hobson Prior is currently seeking a Team Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to the team at a multinational healthcare company operating in Basel, Switzerland.
They are looking for a motivated, flexible and friendly assistant.
Team Administrative Assistant Basel, Switzerland
Arrange meetings internally and externally including teleconferences and telepresence
Carry out calendar management and coordinate travel
Process expenses using the CONCUR system
Correspond and manage emailing in English and German
Act as the go-between for external key opinion leaders and consultant, and the internal Independent Health and Care Providers (iHCP) team
Integrate relevant tools in support of departmental information sharing and communication
Ensure purchase orders are in the system for vendors
Code incoming invoices and track purchase orders
Excellent communication skills, particularly with external stakeholders
Proficiency in the English language
Fluency in the German language
Can work efficiently under pressure
Certification or qualification in secretarial / business / office management
Minimum of 5 years industry experience
Excellent computer skills needed, with proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google and other relevant applications
Strong skills in time management and organisation
